1. Create a "vaginal orifice" using your thumb and index finger (red dot marks urethra).

2. Completely insert the Pibella tongue into the simulated vaginal opening and gently press it against the upper vaginal wall.

3. Place the Pibella opening against your hand, ensuring a tight seal around the urethra.

This practice builds confidence and ensures correct placement.
